I Wayan Simri Wicaksana is now the Director o Center for Information System in Gunadarma University, Jakarta, Indonesia. The following is the information as of October 2008. I Wayan Simri Wicaksana is an
Educator, Researcher and Implementor. He joined the Gunadarma University and
started
the computer engineering laboratory
in 1989. In the end of 1999, he actived to support some industry and
business environment. He was the advisory board of PT. Trustix
Indonesia, Trustix Indonesia is a branch
of international company, Trustix
AS, located in Trondheim, Norway. Trustix
is the leading provider of systems and security management solutions.
He as team to support in publishing the Info Linux Magazine.
He graduated his Bachelor in 1988 and finished his master from Swinbure University of Technology - Australia in 1992. He took two Doctoral degree, he completed his doctor program from Gunadarma University - Jakarta in 2006 and Université de Bourgogne - France in 2007. He got his full professor in 2008 from Ministry of Education of Republic of Indonesia.
I Wayan Simri Wicaksana active in some profesional and scholar
activities, since 1996 he was member of computer profesional
association (IPKIN - Ikatan Profesi Komputer Indonesia). SEARRC
